STRENGTHENING & FALL PREVENTION

Free

with Foothills Staff

Calendar Oct 23, 2024 at 6 pm, runs for 1 week

Have you, or someone you know, had a fall in the past year? Have you developed a fear of falling? Many people believe that falls “just happen.” While it is true that people are more likely to fall as they age, there are many reasons for falling that can be addressed with proper treatment. One does not need to accept that they are just more likely to fall because they are getting older. In fact, it is imperative that the reason(s) for falling be determined and addressed with your physical therapist. Come join us for a free workshop at Foothills Physical Therapy. We will explain possible reasons for falling or “feeling off balance.” Following this workshop you will be invited to schedule a free screening with our therapists. We may have some suggestions as to how we can help you to STAY BALANCED! Please sign up soon as space is limited to 25 people.
