Learn about the down payment and closing cost assistance available to first-time homebuyers, veterans, and others. Earn a Certificate of Completion required for certain mortgage programs, including USDA, ME State Housing Authority, and other lenders. Free individualized counseling is available following the class. Please have a pen and notepad available. Note: Register the person you are buying your home with at the time of your registration and get a $10 rebate.
